B7C is set to load overlay 0, B80 is set to load overlay 1

I changed B7C to load overlay 4 instead, and it instead loads that one! Of course the game crashes, but that's to be expected.

So 020016BC is the code to load the overlay. So in theory, modify the code so there is a jump, and set it to load 3 overlays instead (one into the free ram).
